Category: Gemstone Obelisk Points
A tall polished gemstone point makes a striking display. Gemstone Six Face Obelisk Point approx 17cm - Rainbow Moonstone brings a wonderful finishing touch to the collection.
The six-sided obelisk shape draws the eye upwards, while the naturally varied colour and markings reveal something different as you turn it towards the light. Its generous size gives the stone real presence. Rainbow Moonstone is a trade name for pale labradorite, a feldspar known for the beautiful flashes of light it can display.
Place it on a secure shelf, among other gemstones or beside a favourite crystal bowl. A beautiful present for someone who enjoys distinctive mineral specimens. Traditionally it is associated with intuition, change and new chapters.

The story behind Moonstone
Moonstone belongs to the feldspar family and is loved for the soft glow that appears to move beneath its surface as light catches tiny internal layers. This beautiful optical effect is often called adularescence. Across different gemstone traditions, Moonstone has been associated with intuition, change and new beginnings. Its shifting light makes a lovely focal point in a crystal display.
