Click & Collect Information

Click & Collect is available at no additional cost.

We aim to have Click & Collect orders ready as quickly as possible, with many orders available for collection the same day when the items are already in stock at our Holistic Centre.

Some products are held at one of our additional warehouses and need to be transferred to our Holistic Centre before they can be collected. These items are clearly marked on the product page as “Available From Our Warehouse”, and this will also be shown at checkout, so you’ll know before placing your order.

For warehouse-stocked items, Click & Collect times can vary and may take up to 5 business days, depending on where the stock is located.

As soon as your full order is ready, you’ll receive a Ready for Collection notification. Please wait until you receive this notification before travelling to collect your order.
