Shipping costs to all other locations is based on weight and is calculated at checkout.

Where will my order be sent from ?
All orders are packaged with care and sent from our Holistic Centre in Dublin 17, Ireland.
How long does it take for delivery ?
We Aim to deliver orders placed within Ireland within 2 business days.
Delivery to all other destinations is listed at checkout, We use Express services worldwide so no matter where you are, it wont be long !

How do I track my delivery ?
Once you've placed your order you'll be able to view your order status from your account homepage.
Once we've dispatched you order, Your tracking number will be visible here, along with a handy link so you can see exactly where it is !
Too Complicated ? Don't Worry ! We'll send you updates by Email so you know where your order is every step of the way
What do i do if i get a missed delivey card ?
Dont Worry !
Our Courier will keep it safe ! They'll have left information on the card for you so you know where to find it !
If they found somewhere safe around you premises they may have left it there, or maybe with a neighbour..
The safety of your order is important to us. If our courier couldnt find a place yout order would be safe, theyll bring it back to their secure warehouse and await your instructions.
Contact them on the number on your missed delivery card.

Where is my Order
If your order has not arrived when expected:
- Check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery date
- Your order may be despatched in more than one parcel and therefore may arrive at different times
- We will send you another email when we dispatch your order. This shows the delivery date and the parcel details so that you can track your order using our carrier's website
- If you can't access your email, you can see these details in the 'order history' area of 'my account'
- If you miss the carrier's attempt at delivery, don't worry, you can rearrange delivery for another day by calling the number shown on the card
